Yiran, a third-year law student at Brooklyn Law School, joined Romano Law as a legal extern in May 2024 and returned as a law clerk that fall. As an international student from China with a keen interest in corporate law, Yiran brings a unique and diverse perspective to her legal studies and work.
Before pursuing her legal career, Yiran built a solid foundation in the business world, focusing primarily on regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. This experience provides her with valuable insights into the intersection of law and business.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Yiran is an avid cat enthusiast and a skilled baker, known for delighting friends with her light cream Chiffon cakes. During her time in law school, she has also been exploring the charm of swimming, adding a new dimension to her personal growth and wellness routine.
