Thomas Rogers brings over 20 years of extensive experience in business operations to Romano Law.
Thomas started his career in the design industry after graduating from college, joining a luxury interior design firm as their Assistant Controller. He played a key role in the company’s growth, eventually advancing to the roles of Controller and Director of Operations. In 2009, Thomas joined an international retail design firm as the US Manager of Operations, overseeing its local operations.
In 2020, Thomas decided to explore a different industry and transitioned to the legal field, joining Romano Law as its Operations Manager. His wealth of experience allowed him to bring a fresh perspective to the firm, significantly contributing to the firm’s efficiency and growth. In 2021, Thomas was promoted to Director of Operations.
Outside of work, Thomas is a passionate music enthusiast who enjoys attending concerts and collecting vinyl. He also loves traveling abroad, playing games, attending theatrical events, and cooking.
