Danielle is an Associate Attorney at Romano Law, specializing in media and entertainment, intellectual property, corporate, and employment law. She has been recognized as “One to Watch” in intellectual property law by Best Lawyers® for their 2025 edition.
Beyond her tenure at Romano Law, Danielle boasts an impressive background in the entertainment industry. She previously served on the in-house legal team of a global music company, where she navigated licensing agreements and researched emerging issues in music law. Additionally, she worked as an Associate Producer at CBS News, covering a wide range of stories, from high-profile court cases to breaking news and international events.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Danielle was elected President of the Student Bar Association and committed herself to public service as a Pro Bono Scholar. She honed her legal skills through practical experience, participating in a clinic where she helped entrepreneurs on matters related to intellectual property, business formation, and tech policy. This experience culminated in Danielle receiving a certificate in IP, Media, and Information Law.
In 2019, Danielle received her Master of Science from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. She previously graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies.
Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her beloved Bernedoodle, Murrow.
