Curtis Fuller

Associate Attorney

Curtis H. Fuller is a Litigation Associate at Romano Law, admitted to both the Texas and New York State Bars. His diverse legal background includes expertise in intellectual property law, e-commerce, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Curtis maintained a private practice in Austin, TX, where he provided pro bono counsel as a member of Texas Accountants & Lawyers for the Arts. He advised creative professionals and entrepreneurs on IP and business strategies.

He holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from The University of Texas School of Law and a Juris Doctor with a certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Curtis is a member of The Order of Barristers, was a recognized leader throughout his educational career, and has received several awards and honors. He is a member of the Texas Bar College.

His research interests include copyright protection for generative art, geographical indications, and cultural property. Before becoming a lawyer, Curtis worked in upscale retail specializing in wine, chocolate, and confectionery.

Curtis moved to New York City for its vibrant visual and performing arts scenes. He loves wine, musical theater, and spending time with friends and family (not necessarily in that order). Curtis is the proud pet parent of a rescue dog named Patti, who is the happy beneficiary of countless walks through Central Park.
