Sankeetha Selvarajah

Partner & Corporate Chair - Massachusetts

Serving as the Partner at Romano Law PLLC, Sankeetha has almost 15 years of experience in corporate transactions, employment and mergers & acquisitions.  Sankeetha takes a practical approach as corporate counsel to entrepreneurs, business owners, and domestic and international companies, helping them navigate the legal issues encountered while growing, acquiring and exiting a business.

She helps clients steer through the legal aspects of the various stages of starting, fundraising and exiting ventures.  For her tech and retail clients, Sankeetha regularly advises on the formation and corporate structuring of interstate reorganization, the negotiation of option agreements, investor documents and financing, employment agreements and releases.  She regularly negotiates contracts, and licenses for the Cannabis Control Commission (MA) and license holders.

Sankeetha is a frequent National Speaker, Panelist and Podcast Guest on: Exit Strategy, M&A, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Fundraising and Artificial Intelligence.

She is a regular legal Advisor/Judge/Mentor for the Luminary, Techstars, MassChallenge, MitX, Venture Cafe and Center for Women & Enterprise.

Sankeetha loves exploring new artists, trying new restaurants and reconnecting with old friends.
